Shipping policy

We ship every order using standard ground shipping. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. International shipping is not yet available.

Order processing

Orders take 3 business days to process before they ship. You'll see an estimated ship date at checkout, and we send a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery window

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the time you place your order, which includes our 3-day processing window.

Free shipping

Order 2 or more jars and get free shipping. The threshold applies automatically at checkout.

Storage

Our jars are shelf-stable for up to 2 years unopened, so no special handling is required in transit. After opening, refrigerate. Demi-glace jars keep for up to 2 weeks refrigerated, or up to 6 months frozen. Fats (tallow, chicken fat, duck fat) keep for up to 6 months refrigerated. No preservatives in any jar.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows your order hasn't moved for several days, or if it has been delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello@offcuts.kitchen with your order number. We work directly with the carrier to track down packages, and if a package is confirmed lost we replace it or refund you, your choice.

Damaged in transit

A jar arrived broken or leaking? Snap a photo and email hello@offcuts.kitchen within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We send a replacement or issue a refund, your call.
