Refund policy
We want every jar to earn its place in your kitchen. If it doesn't, we make it right.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
Email us at hello@offcuts.kitchen within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace your order under the rules below.
Unopened jars
If a jar is still sealed and unopened, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number and we'll send return instructions. The customer covers the return shipping unless the order arrived in error.
Damaged or defective jars
If a jar arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, email a photo to hello@offcuts.kitchen within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice. No return shipment required for damage claims.
Wrong item received
If we shipped you the wrong product, that's on us. Email hello@offcuts.kitchen and we'll send the right item right away, no return required.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account, before the next ship date. There's no minimum commitment. Already-shipped subscription orders are covered under the standard refund and damage rules above.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank's processing time. We'll email you when the refund is processed.
