Our 100% Grass-fed Beef Demi-Glace is the jar you reach for when you want real umami depth. We roast meaty grass-fed beef neck bones until they are well browned, simmer them with vegetables and aromatics, then patiently reduce the stock into a concentrated, umami-packed sauce.

A small spoonful is enough to take a pan of seared steak, braised short ribs, or even a tray of roasted root vegetables from good to “what did you put in this.” It brings deep beef flavor, gentle sweetness from long-cooked vegetables, and the kind of shine you expect from a serious sauce.

Because we rely on natural collagen, not flour or added thickeners, this demi-glace can be fluid at room temperature and firm up in the refrigerator. You might see a bit of sediment at the bottom of the jar, which is normal for a clean-label product made from real bones and vegetables. Warm it gently and give it a quick stir before using. Please note that there may be some variation in viscosity, as this product is all-natural and contains no added thickeners.

Storage: Shelf-stable for 2 years unopened. After opening, refrigerate and use within 7 days. No preservatives. If you are not using the whole jar at once, split into smaller portions and freeze. It freezes beautifully, and we keep pre-portioned demi-glace in our own freezer for quick pan sauces.
