Boost all of your meals with the deep, umami-packed flavor of our 100% grass-fed beef demi-glace, made from meaty beef neck bones. This is our OG classic and the sauce that started it all! Finish your steak with a spoonful, swirl it into gravy, or sneak it into a slow braise and crank the flavor of your dish to eleven.
Our clean‑label Demi‑Glace is crafted from real meat and vegetables and may naturally contain sediment, so give it a quick shake or stir before using. Thanks to its rich collagen content, it will solidify in the refrigerator: either grab a spoon or warm it gently to restore a smooth, pourable texture.
Add both a jar of the Grass-Fed Beef Demi and a jar of the Roasted Chicken Demi for free shipping!

What is demi-glace?
Demi-glace is a slow-roasted, gently reduced sauce made over many (many!) hours. If you'd like to try making your own, check out our recipe, here!
For our Curious Cooks that don't have the time, we make our demi-glaces using bones, vegetables, and some of the most flavorful offcuts on the farm (read: chicken feet, carrot tops, and more). We believe every home cook can taste the benefits of being a little more adventurous with these overlooked ingredients - all while reducing food waste and getting top-quality, regenerative food.

How should I use my demi-glace?
Think of our demi-glace as three things:
- A stand-alone sauce for dipping or drizzling
- A flavor enhancer for classic meat recipes
- An extra layer of umami for roasted vegetables, meatless dishes, and more
For example, our Roasted Chicken demi-glace can add hours of flavor to a simple soup. Our Grass Fed Beef demi-glace can add both complexity and a richness to roasted carrots, seared asparagus, or baked squash. But these are just our suggestions... there's no "wrong" way to use our demis!

What is an offcut?
Offcuts are the overlooked remnants of sustainable farming; nutrient-rich bits like bones, organs, skins, and fats that most brands discard. By repurposing these underutilized ingredients (offcuts like offal, organs, and bones), Offcuts Kitchen crafts premium pantry staples: think broths, demi-glace, and sprayable fats, that deliver chef-level flavor and champion regenerative farming practices.
