Turn weekday chicken into something you actually look forward to. Our Pasture Raised Chicken Demi-Glace starts with roasted chicken backs and feet from regenerative family farms, simmered low and slow with vegetables and herbs, then reduced until it is deeply savory and naturally glossy.

A spoonful adds the kind of roasted chicken flavor you usually only get from a stockpot that has been going all day. Swirl it into a quick pan sauce, finish a simple soup, or drizzle over roasted vegetables and you have a plate that tastes like it came from a restaurant kitchen.

This demi-glace is thickened only with natural collagen from the bones and connective tissue we cook down, never with added thickeners or starches. It tends to be loose at room temperature and will set softly in the refrigerator. Warm it gently to bring back a smooth, spoonable texture. Please note that there may be some variation in viscosity, as this product is all-natural and contains no added thickeners.

Storage: Shelf-stable for 2 years unopened. After opening, refrigerate and use within 7 days. No preservatives. If you are not using the whole jar at once, split into smaller portions and freeze. It freezes beautifully, and we keep pre-portioned demi-glace in our own freezer for quick pan sauces.
